Bound in white cloth, 188 pages, tributes from all the Great and the Good, tipped in colour plates by artists and illustrators such as Rackham, Dulac; contains note from Churchill. Woods B6, Cohen B15. This copy includes the remains of a dustwrapper, the only one I have seen. The spine is completely gone and the rest has stains along edges from old tape. Wybrow bought this for 7/6. Item #22452
