London, Heinemann, 1977, hardcover. These document volumes go with vol IV of the Official Biography and cover the years 1917-1922. Pages are numbered through the 3 parts ending at 2165. Bound like the rest of the series in maroon sailcloth with white dustwrappers. Fine unused set in original shipping box. Unknown to many, Heinemann shipped the companion volumes in brown boxes that opened to be like a slipcase. The Heoneamnn offices wre in South Kensington about a mile away from my flat, and I remember buying a large quantity direct from the publisher with no bookshop in the chain to discard the boxes.
