An eye-opening book by the proprietor of The Daily Mail, written shortly after the outbreak of the war, in which he recounts his uphill struggle in support of rearming. Churchill writes a nice forward and uses “we” to describe their common struggle. Bound in black cloth with white spine, 190 pages, photos. Woods B32/1, Cohen B68. Book is clean and tight, edges dusty but no spots. Dustwrapper is unclipped, edge wear with small losses at spine ends. Item #32922
