Although not so titled, this is effectively the second part of the Companion to volume VI. xxxii + 1359 pages, maps, detailed index. An important reference, now out of print. This British edition had a far smaller print run than the US edition from Norton. Book is clean, crisp, clearly never read, no names, no markinsg. Dustjacket is unclipped, sunned on spine, no tears.
