London, Cassell, 1954, Bound in medium brown card covers with title in Black on cover and spine. It lacks the map preceeding the index and the index pages. It is nteresting to note that the other maps are present, but printed only with black plate, leaving gaps for the red and blue. Some of the maps are in different places in the published version, and these changes are noted in pencil. I have never seen proofs for any volume but this vol. VI. This copy has some wear at the spine ends and feels lightly used. The spine is slightly cocked. (). Item #36692
