Gilt titles on spine and front cover, black endpapers. 409 pages, 32 page publishers catalogue at rear. Frontis portrait of Gen. Ian Hamilton, folding map at rear, 9 other maps and plans in text. This second “edition” is virtually identical to the first , with only a few minor changes. Original cloth has clean covers, a single black smudge on the spine, good spine color, bright gilt, slight wear at spine ends.
