The World Crisis, full set of six
Scribner’s, NY, 1923-1931, . Large thick books, 6.25 x 9 inches, this set preceded the English first. Here is a full set of firsts with 5 of the volumes in original dustwrappers and with the rare slipcase for vols 3-4. Vol. I lacks the DJ , and has a one inch black mark on the front cover. and its spine is dull as usual. Vol. II book clean and crisp, DJ has losses at spine ends and spine is darkened. Vols 3-4 Books very clean, djs darkened on spines, in publishers slipcase that lacks the top panel. Vol 5 Aftermath book very clean, one map shows prior misfolding, DJ has tanned spine, one small piece gone at head of rear joint. Final volume book very crisp, jacket has only slight wear, tanned on spine. (A31aa). Item #50082
