It is interesting to note that plates are present, but at different locations from the published work and with page number given as 000 for all plates. The catalogue number on the copyright page is listed as all zeros. This copy is used and soiled. Remains of a lbael on front cover, which is tiorn and coming off, wear at spine ends. Item #6376
