F.W. Beers & Co., New York, 1875, hardcover. Large folio atlas 13 x 16 inches in original black cloth binding, now in poor condition, with spine repaired with duct tape. The binding is broken with some pages loose. The pagination is confusing and teh table of conets is not in page order. It appears that these pages are missing: 52, 71, 78-79, 93, 96, 122. This is an important atlas as the owners of the properties are shown. Item #F10136
