Aardvark Publications, 1987, First printing, hardcover. Large hardcover in dark blue cloth stamped in gilt with a fish on front cover. This is copy no. 192 and is signed by all 3 authors. Book clean, unworn, no markings in text. Fukll disclosure: there are some vertical marks in the cemter of the front cover, but there are no stresses to the pastedown and the gilt stamping seems to have been done over these, so most likely manufacturing flaws in the binding cloth. This is vol. II of a 3 volume series. I am listing all 3 individually. The ISBN of this book is 0960490655, but amazon has that listed an other format of vol. I. Item #F11879
