This work is a collection of excerpts from Churchill's writings. It was published in London by W.H. Allen in 1974, 9 years after Churchill's death, so clearly he played no part in the selection, which in fact was done by editor Jack Fishman. There are no reprints nor was there an American edition. An interesting obscure title, but hardly essential
